The Dutch CEO of Siemens, Mr Van der Touw expressed this necessity when he announced a new Award “Pro-Motor”. This award will be given to projects in which education, businesses as well as local authorities build relationships to innovate education and up-date content, to do research and work together to create new forms of knowledge transition.
